Welcome to LifeCalc. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LifeCalc website (the "Site") operated by ByteBuilder Technologies, LLC. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ByteBuilder Technologies, LLC.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 3. Use of the Site

Eligibility: By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with ByteBuilder Technologies, LLC.

General Use: The LifeCalc website is a tool designed to calculate various life statistics based on a user's birth date. All calculations are performed client-side and are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. The accuracy of these calculations is not guaranteed.

Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the Site:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way
  • To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that violates these Terms
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which may harm ByteBuilder Technologies, LLC or users of the Site
  • To attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site
  • To use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ByteBuilder Technologies, LLC and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ByteBuilder Technologies, LLC.

5. User Content

Our Site does not currently allow users to post or submit content. All interactions are limited to inputting birth date information for calculation purposes, which is processed locally on your device and not stored on our servers.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ByteBuilder Technologies, LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites. You acknowledge and agree that ByteBuilder Technologies, LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ByteBuilder Technologies, LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, ByteBuilder Technologies, LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any websites linked to the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ByteBuilder Technologies, LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if ByteBuilder Technologies, LLC or a ByteBuilder Technologies, LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
